Job Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
- Handle customer enquiries and sales of products and related services
- Respond to emails and manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Assist customers both over the phone and face-to-face
- Process paperwork and provide general administrative support to the team
- Check deliveries for accuracy, ensuring quantities and condition match delivery notes
- Assist with stock handling, including some heavy lifting
- Contribute to the overall organisation and efficiency of branch operations
Candidate Specification
- Previous experience in a supervisory, sales, or administrative role
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Good leadership and organisational abilities
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate with good attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Desirable:
- Experience within the garage door or construction industry
