Workshop Recruitment is supporting a successful and growing business in North Baddesley in the search for a proactive Customer Support Advisor to join their customer service team on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping customers, resolving enquiries, and delivering a first-class service experience.
The successful Customer Support Advisor will manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, text support, social media, and digital ticketing systems
- Deliver accurate and professional solutions to customer queries
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer requests in line with company procedures
- Update and maintain customer records accurately
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Support continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Ensure all enquiries are managed within agreed service levels
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently
- Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computer systems and digital platforms
Additional Information
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- 1 in 4 weekends worked from home (with Monday and Tuesday off in lieu)
