An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Industrial Disease Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Windsor area. They are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on matters independently.

Duties:

• Managing own casework acting for claimants in Industrial Disease matters.
• Managing a caseload of industrial disease claims, including NIHL (Noise-Induced Hearing Loss), HAVS (Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome), respiratory conditions (such as asbestosis and mesothelioma), dermatitis and other workplace-related illnesses.
• Liaising with clients, witnesses, medical professionals, and other third parties as required.
• Progressing claims through both pre-litigation and litigated stages (Fast Track and Multi Track).
• Ensuring all files are maintained in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
• Meeting billing and time recording targets in line with the firm’s expectations.

Desired Skills:

• Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
