The successful Operations Administrator will play a vital role in supporting order fulfilment, shipping coordination, and customer service operations, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate bulk shipments
- Process orders received through the online store
- Arrange shipping for stock transfers
- Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently
- Support the Customer Service team with enquiries via ticketing system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Arrange product returns and exchanges
- Follow established processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Previous experience within e-commerce or a B2C environment
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
- Previous operations or administration experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Exceptional attention to detail
