A well-established legal practice with multiple offices is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their Legal 500 firm in Farnborough. The team and wider firm are recognised for their high-quality work.

Duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of lease renewals and lease management.
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Rent reviews, re-gears and relocations
• Property refinancing
• Strategic lease structuring and negotiations
• Business acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations

Desired skills:

• Minimum 5 years Real Estate fee earning experience, essential.
• Experience running investment acquisitions and disposals and proven investment transaction experience.
• Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team.
