Right to Work Verification Coordinator | Fully Remote | £28,500 per Annum / £13.70 per hour | Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm | 3–6 Month Contract

A growing  business is seeking a highly organised professional to complete accurate and consistent Right to Work verification checks across its member network. You will lead structured Microsoft Teams calls, review identification documents and ensure each case is recorded securely. As a Right to Work Verification Coordinator, you will manage a high-volume workload while providing a professional and supportive member experience. Full training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured Right to Work verification calls using Microsoft Teams.
  • Review identification documents accurately and consistently during live video calls.
  • Record and store sensitive information securely, maintaining complete audit trails.
  • Track outstanding checks and follow up with members promptly.
  • Explain documentation requirements clearly and manage member expectations.
  • Identify discrepancies, potential risks or suspected fraudulent documents.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases through the appropriate internal channels.
  • Suggest improvements to verification processes, guidance and workflows.

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and process accuracy.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain a professional on-screen presence when leading video calls.
  • Possess practical experience using Microsoft Teams.
  • Handle sensitive personal documentation with discretion and integrity.
  • Identify inconsistencies and use sound judgement when escalating concerns.
  • Manage a busy workload independently while meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Have at least two years’ experience working successfully from home.
  • Previous Right to Work or identity-verification experience is desirable but not essential.
  • This fully remote Right to Work Verification Coordinator position requires a private, professional and distraction-free home workspace.
  • The contract will initially run for between two and six months. Applicants must be available to start on Tuesday 11 August 2026.
