Workshop Recruitment is supporting a growing PropTech business in the search for a proactive Service Delivery Advisor to join their Operations team. This fully remote role will focus heavily on managing Live Chat and Voicemail workstreams while supporting wider operational teams during busy periods.
The successful Service Delivery Advisor will play a key role in ensuring client and member queries are handled professionally and efficiently across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to live web chat queries within agreed service levels
- Monitor and action voicemails professionally and efficiently
- Support operational inbox management and task allocation
- Assist fulfilment teams during busy periods and peak demand
- Complete detailed end-of-shift handovers
- Maintain accurate records and data across internal systems
- Escalate technical issues through the correct channels
- Support additional operational and administrative tasks as required
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Previous live web chat experience essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working remotely
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Confident using digital systems and in-house platforms
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
