Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established manufacturing and installation business specialising in high-quality windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Silicone Applicator to join their expanding installation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic construction or trade experience who wants to develop into a skilled Trainee Silicone Applicator.

Full in-house training will be provided, with progression to a company van-issued role after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Carry out silicone sealing and finishing work on windows and doors
• Support wet glazing applications on domestic and commercial sites
• Assist installation teams across London-based projects
• Prepare and finish fitted products to a high standard
• Learn specialist application techniques through structured training
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Follow all health and safety procedures on-site
• Travel to various project locations as part of the installation team

Skills & Experience Required

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Basic construction or trade experience desirable
• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• CSCS card desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude and ability to work within a team
